New mums these are for you.
The chance to join a supportive community to start something for you again, while still allowing your little one to stay close. 
Each class is programmed with your recovery in mind no matter what journey you are on. 

These classes are structured to be a little slower than our usual classes and the programming is suited towards everything a new mum needs.
Our classes run on 5 week term schedule so that you start to get to know the fellow mums and allows you to connect to one another on a regular basis.

Bring anything bub needs including a mat, pram, bouncer and any toys. 

 We look forward to helping you on your new journey.
