Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a member of You Wellness Club 57c Carrington Street Palmyra 6157, You agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the You Wellness Club website, www.youwellnessclub.com.au

Studio General Terms and Conditions

1. The studios First Time introduction offer (valid for 14 days) is only available to brand new clients. You can only purchase the introductory offer once. The introductory offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking. Clients found to be buying the First Time Introduction more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

2. A minimum of two people is required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email 2 hours prior to the start of class should it need to be cancelled and your session returned.

3. Morning cancellations made 8 hours and afternoon cancellations made 5 hours prior to class start time will forfeit that session, including no-shows and absences. Unlimited Club Members (Foundation, Limitless) will incur a $10 fee for late cancel. Club members (Quattro, Triple and Double) who late cancel will forfeit their session. Afternoon cancellations made 8 hours prior to class start

4. Payment must be made prior to booking. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio.

5. Out of consideration for the teacher and other clients please don't be late. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, your spot may be given to a waitlisted or stand-by client and you may not be able to attend.

6. Owners and/or instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and owners and/or teachers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

7. If a class you want is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available you will receive either an email or text from us offering you a place in the class. You are under no obligation to take a waitlisted offer, but please respond if you can attend or not. If you cannot make it, your place will be offered to the next client. It is your responsibility to see if your waitlist has cleared. Failure to respond to the waitlist offer will result in a forfeited session.

8. Class Packs are valid for 3 or 6 months from purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.

10. Sessions are not transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

11. Gift cards can be used for group classes and privates at You Wellness Club. They are not redeemable for cash and are non transferable. You Wellness Club does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.

Class Cancellation Policy

CLASS PACKS

Morning cancellations made more than 8 hours and afternoon cancellations made more than 5 hours before class will get the session back

Late Cancellations made less than 8 hours for morning classes and afternoon cancellations made 5 hours before class will forfeit the session.

No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session and will be charged a $15 no show fee.

Fees will be charged by the card on file at the end of each week.

CLUB MEMBERS (Foundation and Limitless Club Members)

Late Cancellations made less than 8 hours for morning classes and 5 hours for afternoon classes before class will forfeit the session and unlimited club members will be will be charged $10 for the late cancellation

Club Members will automatically be charged a $15 No Show fee for all classes they’re marked absent for.

Fees will be charged automatically using the card on file at the end of each week.

CLUB MEMBERS (Quattro, Triple and Double Club Members)

Late Cancellations made less than 8 hours for morning classes and 5 hours before afternoon class will forfeit the session.

Club Members will automatically be charged a $15 No Show fee for all classes they’re marked absent for.

Fees will be charged automatically using the card on file at the end of each week.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

A strict 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Please cancel online or contact us on 0437207234. If you do not cancel you will be charged a cancellation fee to the cost of the private session.

1. All Memberships operate on a 28 day autopay schedule from the credit card stored in Mindbody (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).

2. Memberships will continue with scheduled autopays unless You Wellness Club is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).

3. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.

4. A $10 late cancel fee will be charged to all unlimited Club Members who late cancel a class within 8 hours (morning class) and 5 hours (afternoon class) of the start time. A $15 fee will occur for all unlimited members who NO SHOW. This will be processed automatically via the stored credit card details at the end of each week.

5. Club Membership Quattro / Triple contracts can purchase additional sessions at $16 per class. This is the responsibility of the member to arrange prior to taking class via purchasing individual sessions through Mindbody. Additional sessions will be valid for 7 days from purchase. If during the weekly cycle, an extra session is taken and shows as owing, $16 will automatically be charged to the card on file per session booked, regardless of late cancellation or no show.

6. Club Membership / Double contracts can purchase additional sessions at $20 per class. This is the responsibility of the member to arrange prior to taking class via purchasing individual sessions through Mindbody. Additional sessions will be valid for 7 days from purchase. If during the weekly cycle, an extra session is taken and shows as owing, $20 will automatically be charged to the card on file per session booked, regardless of late cancellation or no show.

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS

1. At least 7 days written notice is required for membership pauses suspensions. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period.

2. Suspensions are limited to 10 weeks per year. Please email requests to hello@youwellnessclub.com.au or fill out the form on the website

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

1. You Wellness Club requires at least 7 days written notice to terminate membership. Please email a request to hello@youwellnessclub.com.au or fill out the form on the website

2. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.

3. You Wellness Club may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.

STUDIO POLICIES.

 

A maximum of 20 clients are able to attend a group session, Sweat, Burn or Flow.

All sessions run for a total of 50 minutes.
Mobiles are not to be used during class and are to be left in lockers, unless there are special circumstances.
Please arrive on time for your class, if you arrive later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time the trainer has the right to refuse you participating.
Let your trainer know of any injuries or concerns prior to the class commencing.
You must be 18 years of age to attend classes.
Pregnant clients may participate in group classes until 16 weeks unless discussed with the studio owner prior to participating in classes. 

PERSONAL AGREEMENT

 

I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against You Wellness Club, their trainers or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You Wellness Club will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. If in the unlikely circumstances your property is to go missing, please report it to a staff member immediately.

In order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification, disclosure, alteration, or destruction we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, you should keep in mind that the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure or error-free. In particular, e-mails sent to or from our website may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to You Wellness Club via e-mail.
