We have two studios to choose from.
Our MOVE studio, which houses our Allegro 1 reformers, here you will find all of our reformer classes.

FORMATION

Our most popular and signature class. Reformer pilates meets circuit training. 50 minutes 10 stations 4 sets. Some reformer experience is advised but not mandatory.
Full body burn, warning this one gets addictive. Never the same to keep you constantly on your toes.

SWEAT STUDIO CLASSES

SWEAT

It’s about to get sweaty up in here. Wait and find out what the fuss is about. Complex movements, small movements, time under tension, timed sets, untimed sets. A mix of circuits, high intensity interval training, strength, cardio and team work. This class’s structure will change day to day.

CIRCUIT

Made for those not quite ready to face a sweat class yet.
This class is 8 stations 2 sets 2 laps. No two classes are the same however the structure remains constant. This class is you vs you. Our instructors are there to make sure you move well and work hard.

BURN

We are dynamic, we are a mix of higher and lower intensity, we are low impact, we are everything you need and everything you think you don’t. Full body strength and conditioning that will get you burning in places you didn’t think was possible. No chill until your final 5 minutes.
