HOW TO BOOK CLASSES.

Download the mindbody app for iphone or anroid.

You can use the app to sign up for a membership, purchase classes, as well as book, reschedule and cancel classes.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER

We reccomend an intro offer for your first classes. This gives you unlimited access for 14 days. You can try our range of classes and instructors and find which ones you love.

FIRST CLASS

Make sure you come to the studio 5-10 minutes before your class start time.
This is to make sure you can familiarise yourself with the studio, meet your instructor and if needed get a quick run through of the reformer in the move studio or a introduction to the sweat studio.

Make sure you leave all personal belongings in the pigeon holes!
Our studio is phone free so we ask you to leave them here before you  make your way to the studio!  
We encourage everyone to take part in our classes, our instructors will give you options throughout your class. Feel free to speak up if these aren’t right for you and we will help you though movement you feel safe doing.

 

BYO
Make sure to bring

  • socks (move studio classes) we sell grip socks if you are in need of them

  • sneakers if you are booked into Sweat studio.

  • drink bottle

  • sweat towel.

ARRIVE on time, please don’t be late.

We have a speedy transition between classes, to help this run smoothly we ask you arrive early or on time for class start time.

Our doors may be locked for late comers and unfortunately if this is you, you will be marked as a no show.

Spare spaces may be given to waitlisted clients who are ready to jump in.

Make sure you get yourself checked off with your instructor at the desk when you arrive.

 

CLASS CANCELLATION

Our AM class cancelation policy is __ hours

Our PM class cancelation policy is __ hours

This cancelation policy is in place so that all of our members have the change to make our classes. You must cancel your class the same way you booked in. We aren’t able to accept any cancellations via email, phone or social media.

  • An early cancelation (within the AM or PM cancelation window) will receive their class back

  • A late cancelation will forfeit the session

  • No shows will also forfeit their session

  • Being late can also be considered a no-show

WAITLISTS

Some of our popular classes mean waitlists. There are ways to make it into this class by utilising the waitlist

If the class, you want is full make sure to sign up to the waitlist.

When a place becomes available you will get an email or a text to let you know. Make sure to double check.
You can be added into the class from the waitlist up to 1 hour before the class starts.

Our cancellation period applies to waitlists clients also, so if you can’t make it ensure you cancel your waitlist.

 

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS & SUSENSIONS

All membership suspensions and holds must be processed via our online forms found HERE

We can not accept any suspensions via text or social media.

 

PREGNANCY

We are here for you at every stage of your life. This includes pregnancy, if you feel well enough to exercise you are welcome to join in any of our classes. Our instructors are trained to guide you safely, we have wedges in our studio and always offer alternative exercises should one not be suitable.

STUDENTS.

Full-Time students are eligible for a 10% discount off all memberships.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
