Hey mamas! Ready to ease back into movement and feel strong again — without needing to find a babysitter? Our Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates class is all about rebuilding your core, strengthening your body, and giving you a little "me time," with bub right there beside you.

Expect a relaxed, no-pressure vibe. We focus on postnatal-safe moves (think core, pelvic floor, glutes & posture), and there’s zero stress if your little one needs a cuddle, feed, or nap during class.

Perfect for all fitness levels, from 6 weeks postpartum (with GP ok). Just bring your baby, and yourself!

A fun, feel-good workout for mums who want to get moving without the hassle of finding childcare! Our Mums & Bubs Fitness class combines safe, postnatal-friendly strength and cardio moves to get you sweating, boosting energy, and feeling strong — with bub right there alongside you.

We keep things relaxed, supportive, and welcoming (feeds, fussing, and cuddles all totally normal!). Perfect for all fitness levels, from 6 weeks postpartum.

Hey mums, we’ve got your post-baby workout covered — and your bub’s invited too! Our Mums & Bubs Reformer class is designed to help you rebuild core strength, improve posture, and feel strong again, all in a chilled, baby-friendly space.

No need to worry if bub needs a feed, nap, or cuddle — it’s all part of the vibe. We’ll guide you through safe, low-impact moves tailored for postpartum bodies, with plenty of options no matter where you’re at.

From 6 weeks postpartum (with GP clearance). Just bring bub, your pram or capsule, and we’ll do the rest!
